Production time

Every Victoiré piece is made to order. Please allow 10 days for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

Delivery in South Africa

We deliver across South Africa with Fastway Couriers. Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Outlying and rural areas may take longer.

• Fastway Courier: R120 per order
• Orders of R8,000 or more: free delivery

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

International orders

For delivery outside South Africa, please email us at nicolebellamorris@gmail.com before ordering so we can confirm the cost and timing.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or no one was available to receive it, we may charge for redelivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
