These terms apply to every purchase from the Victoiré online store. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and made-to-order pieces

Our pieces are made to order. We start making your order once payment is confirmed, and it is dispatched after about 10 days. Colours in photos may look slightly different on your screen, and because each piece is made by hand, small variations are normal. Some photos show other Victoiré pieces styled alongside the item; you receive only the item, colour and size you select.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details. We may correct a price that was shown in error before your order is dispatched; if this happens, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Delivery

Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and cancellations

Your rights to cancel, return and get a refund are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
